Inspection
Inspections are always the first thing we do when we visit your home. By performing frequent examinations, we stay ahead of any potential pest problems in their early stages of development.
Treatment
We design our treatments to meet your specific pest problems. We take a comprehensive approach to pest control by combining several methods to deliver the most effective pest management available.
Follow-Up
You don’t have to worry that our pest control may be ineffective. If a pest problem crops up within 30 days of treatment, we’ll return to your home to re-treat it, free of charge.

Bed Bugs: What to Know
Things to do BEFORE your Bed Bug Treatment:
Prep the room affected for treatment
Remove any bedding from the mattress and/or box spring and bag it to be laundered
Remove any clothing or linens that may be affected and bag it to be laundered
Make sure the area is free of clutter
Pull as much away from the walls and baseboards as possible to allow for the most surface area to be treated
Things to do AFTER your Bed Bug Treatment:
Wait to Re-Enter
This allows the aerosol droplets to settle and for the barriers created to dry. We recommend not entering any treated room for at least 3 hours once treatment is completed
Regularly launder all bedding
Wash all sheets and pillowcases and dry at high heat for 30-40 minutes. Run comforters and pillows through dryer at high heat for 30-40 minutes. Launder regularly to reduce future issues
Launder any clothes or linens that may have been exposed as well
Maintain normal sleeping routines and locations
Otherwise, bugs will remain dormant in your absence and not cross the barriers that were created
Expect wandering behavior
Prior to their death, bugs will emerge at odd times of the day and in plain view
DO NOT expose the treatment to liquids
This will render the treatment completely ineffective. Avoid any liquids in or around the treated areas
DO NOT apply chemicals on any surfaces that were treated
This includes both cleaners and over-the-counter pesticides
Be patient
You'll see a significant knockdown in 4-7 days, but they may emerge from different life cycle stages after that. Don't be alarmed: the barriers created will keep working for up to 3 months

Notes from your team member:
You, the customer, may cancel this transaction anytime prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction by giving written notice of cancellation to Bust-A-Bug LLC. If for any reason, at any time, the contract is canceled before its completion, and the initial service has been performed, customer agrees to pay the full initial service charge. Upon completion of this agreement treatments will continue at the same frequency until canceled by the customer.
Bust-A-Bug LLC is not responsible for insect damage to buildings, contents and/or personal possessions, expenses related to medical evaluation or treatment for bites associated with bed bugs, loss of income. Terms and Conditions are available on our website at www.bustabugva.com.
A 50% deposit is due the business day prior to the scheduled appointment with the remaining 50% due once service is completed. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, ACH draft, or check for full amount at the start of the service visit. If you see more bed bugs or the situation worsens then please call or text our office directly at (757) 612-4323.
